Staffordshire waste-burning power plant opens

A £180m waste-burning power station has opened at the Four Ashes Industrial Estate in Staffordshire.

Environment correspondent David Gregory-Kumar spoke to Philip Atkins, the Conservative leader of Staffordshire County Council and Donald MacPhail from Veolia.
