Rise in Oxford's rough sleepers

Oxford continues to be one of the cities with the highest number of rough sleepers outside of London.

Numbers in the city last year rose from 11 in 2010 to 39.

The second reading of the Homelessness Reduction Bill takes place on Friday.

It will impose tougher conditions on councils and force them to offer emergency accommodation for up to two months if it goes through.
