Young risking lives on Oxfordshire rail lines

Children and young adults are risking their lives by daring each other to run across railway tracks in Oxfordshire, according to the British Transport Police (BTP).

There were 17 near-misses in the last year in the Thames Valley, BTP said.

Roundham Lane in Kidlington is one of the spots police are most worried about.

At Oxford station, passengers have run across the lines to avoid buying tickets.
