Légion d'Honneur for World War Two veteran Don Sutton

Don Sutton, 99, has received France's highest honour for helping to liberate it from the Nazis during World War Two.

Mr Sutton, from Ravenshead in Nottinghamshire, was part of a horseback regiment that helped to free France from occupation in 1944.

He received his honour at a ceremony on Thursday.
