27% of East Midlands cigarettes 'fake or smuggled', survey says

More than 27% of cigarettes smoked in the East Midlands are either fake or smuggled, research from the tobacco industry claims.

Will O'Reilly, a former police chief inspector, says the illegal sale of tobacco means a huge loss of tax revenue.
