Nottingham head teachers fear drop in GCSE grades

The education secretary Michael Gove is to hold talks with Nottingham head teachers over fears of a drop in GCSE grades.

Teachers in the city, including Peter Brown, principal at Top Valley Academy, fear "the system may be working against pupils".

The Nottingham North constituency has the lowest percentage of school leavers going on to university.
