'Rubbish' Christmas lunch impresses schoolchildren

For 100 children at a school in Greater Manchester, Christmas lunch was literally rubbish.

All the ingredients were unsold supermarket food destined to be incinerated - but instead they were turned into a festive meal for students at Ramillies Hall School in Cheadle Hulme.

Cate Bauer and Nikki Pope, who used waste food for their wedding, worked with the Real Junk Food Project to do the same at their son's school.
