Homelessness in Manchester increases ten-fold, figures show

The number of homeless people in Manchester has increased ten-fold over the past five years, latest figures show.

There are 70 known rough sleepers in the city and Simon is trying to help them.

The figures are based on a rough count of the sleeping bags in the city centre on one particular night of the year.
