Manchester man busks as nun in fantasy football forfeit

A man was forced to busk as a nun in Manchester city centre as "punishment" for finishing last in his friends' fantasy football league.

As a forfeit, David Rawlinson had to spend an hour playing his clarinet on Market Street in front of his friends and bemused shoppers.

The 27-year-old risk analyst from West Didsbury said he and his friends had come up with an elaborate set of forfeits for their fantasy league.

Mr Rawlinson, originally from Cleveleys, Lancashire, admitted to secretly enjoying his busking experience, which "passed by in a blur".
