Race Relations Act at 50: 'Scouse Rastafarian' performs poem

As the 50th anniversary of the Race Relations Act approaches, Rastafarian poet Levi Tafari, from Liverpool, has toured the city reading a specially-commissioned poem.

The act was put on the statute books on 8 December 1965.
