Tube overcrowding at Seven Sisters

Commuters at Plaistow station refused to get off a faulty train despite repeated announcements urging them to do so, causing a queue of trains.

Passengers at Seven Sisters were also "crushed" on Monday morning when the station was evacuated.

Transport for London (TfL) said such an incident was "not normally a problem".
