Islington Council threaten fines over running engines

A council in north London is threatening to hand out £20 fines to drivers who refuse to switch off their diesel engines while parked.

Islington Council says it aims to reduce air pollution.

Motoring journalist Mike Rutherford and Councillor Claudia Webbe, a Labour member of the authority, give their views on the policy.
