Teen cartoonist Zoom Rockman makes influential list

Meet 13-year-old Zoom Rockman, whose love of the Beano has seen him create his own comic which can count the Queen as one of its fans.

The teenager says it is a "real honour" to be named as one of the "brightest young talents" in London, as part of the Evening Standard's list of the hottest 25 under-25s in the capital.
