Calls to 'restore' land used for London 2012
Campaigners are calling for Hackney and Leyton Marshes to be restored to the condition they were in before the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Community groups claim sports facilities have not been delivered and a temporary basketball arena that was built on Leyton Marshes has left environmental problems in the area.
A London Legacy Development Corporation spokesperson said work on Hackney Marshes was "on track" and the pitches would be handed back to Hackney Borough Council by the end of August.
BBC London's Adrian Warner spoke to Johnnie Walker, from Hackney and Leyton Sunday League, and Caroline Day and Kevin Dorey, from Save Lea Marshes.
