A Lancaster flies over the new Lincoln Bomber Command centre

A Lancaster has flown over the site of the new Bomber Command centre near Lincoln as work starts on the building.

The Chadwick Centre is to be named after Roy Chadwick, the designer of the Lancaster bomber aircraft.

The building is to house exhibitions, information and accounts from aircrew and survivors when it opens in 2017.
