Boston Tesco evacuated after heavy rainfall

A supermarket was evacuated when water poured into the store during heavy rainfall.

A spokesperson for Tesco said it took the decision to evacuate the shop on Saturday as a safety precaution.

The supermarket said a pipe in the ceiling of the store, in New Hammond Beck Road, Boston, overflowed.

The store has since re-opened.
