Tory MP Sir Edward Leigh recommends pact with UKIP

A senior Lincolnshire MP has called for a pact between the Conservative Party and UKIP.

Gainsborough MP Sir Edward Leigh said Tory and UKIP candidates should not oppose each other in next year's general election.

He said it was time to "reunite the right" in British politics and the government should apologise for legalising gay marriage.
