Leicester City's Claudio Ranieri captured in torn paper portrait

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has been captured in a portrait made entirely from pieces of paper torn from magazines.

It features in an exhibition by artist Danielle Vaughan, whose current theme is "Leicester and her greatness".

Other portraits include Richard III, Richard Attenborough and Kasabian members Serge Pizzorno and Tom Meighan.

"This year has been so amazing for Leicester so I have made portraits of people connected with Leicester and pictures of Leicester's landmarks," the artist said.

"My proudest moment was to meet Claudio Ranieri and to have him sign the portrait I made of him."

The exhibition, Leicester: Faces and Places, is at Cank Street Gallery in Leicester until 17 December.
