Bids to tackle Roma discrimination in Leicester

A school in Leicester is running a project in the Czech Republic to share teaching methods and tackle discrimination against Roma children.

Babington Community College has about 80 Roma pupils - many of whom were sent to remedial schools, or segregated in their native countries.

One pupil said his previous school thought Roma children were not "mentally capable" of learning.
