Rutland adventurer Sarah Outen to row North Pacific

Rutland adventurer Sarah Outen is preparing to row across the Pacific Ocean as part of a round-the-world challenge.

She is crossing the globe by bicycle, canoe and kayak.

The 26-year-old adventurer started out just over a year ago, but she has spent the last five months in Japan awaiting better weather conditions in the Pacific.

The BBC's Sarah Teale met her in Tokyo.
