Ornamental crocodile stolen from Leeds garden

A large ornamental crocodile has been stolen from a riverside garden in Horsforth.

The statue was stolen on Tuesday night and West Yorkshire Police are investigating.

The somewhat unusual beast has been visible to people on Newlay Bridge over the River Aire for about a decade.
