Truck-stopping bollards and other structures installed in Leeds

Truck-stopping bollards and other structures are installed in Leeds city centre in a bid to prevent a Berlin-style attack.

Contractors have been installing devices at the entrances to shopping centres.

Leeds City Council has also moved giant ornamental plant plots to the ends of the main shopping streets.

The council said: "There is currently nothing to suggest any specific threat to Leeds."
