Hobo the African pygmy goat behaves like a dog

An African pygmy goat that behaves like a dog has been given a special permit from Defra so he can go for "walkies".

Tracy Flowers, of Lancashire, said Hobo was in a "really poor condition" when they got him and he did not get on with the goats, but hit it off with the dogs.

Goats require Defra permits to be walked as they are classed as livestock. Hobo appears to think otherwise and wags his tail like a canine at his Leyland home.

Peter Marshall reports.
