Major General James Wolfe's belongings to go on show at Quebec House

Rare artefacts belonging to Major General James Wolfe are to go on display at his childhood home in Kent.

Regarded as one of the greatest military figures Britain has produced, Wolfe captured Quebec from the French in 1759.

Visitors to Quebec House in Westerham will be able to see his sword, scabbard and paintings, and sample food cooked with recipes from his mother's 18th Century cookbook.

BBC South East's Claudia Sermbezis spoke to house steward Nikki Foster and Quebec House volunteer Yvonne Budgen.
