Farnborough rooftop car park 'only accessible on foot'

A roof-top car park has remained unused for five years because it can only be accessed on foot.

The 80 spaces, on top of a gym in Farnborough, Hampshire, were intended to relieve parking pressure in the town centre, but a bridge for vehicles to reach it has not yet been built.

BBC South Today's Ben Moore reports.
