Nepal trekker from the New Forest is 'grateful to be alive'

Louise Lock, a student teacher at Winchester University, had just crossed into Nepal and was on her way to Kathmandu when the first quake struck.

James Ingham from South Today has been to meet her, just a few hours after her safe return home.
