Gloucestershire homes flooded after heavy rain

Towns, villages and more than 20 roads have been badly affected by flooding in Gloucestershire.

Buildings in Lydbrook in the Forest of Dean have been flooded while Over, near Gloucester, has also been affected.

On Sunday firefighters were at Shuthonger, near Tewkesbury, pumping out water and the fire service said it had also taken a lot of calls from the Cirencester area.

The M50 between junctions two and four was closed, while lanes of the M5 were flooded near Stroud.
