Volunteers continue to uncover Puddletown Roman villa

Amateur archaeologists who uncovered a Roman Villa near Puddletown are continuing to excavate items that are thousands of years old.

Volunteers from the East Dorset Antiquarian Society have spent three summers assessing and uncovering the remains, which include mosaics.

The project is due to finish next year, when the site will be covered up.
