Wreath ban for council flat tenants in Devon
Council flat tenants have been banned from putting up wreaths on their front doors this Christmas.
Residents have also been told they're not allowed to put festive decorations in the communal parts of their homes because of the risk of fire.
David Barter, who lives in Dray Court, thinks it's an "over-interpretation of the rules".
East Devon District Council said it wants to keep people safe.
