The street at war over fly tipping

In Derby, a group of residents are fighting back against fly tippers in their area.

They've set up a group - the Normanton Empowerment Team - to knock on doors and confront those they think are responsible.

Fly tipping across England increased 26% between 2013 and 2015, with some people arguing that council cutbacks have made it more difficult to dispose of waste.
