NHS manager Helen Marks' trauma after harassment

A former senior NHS manager has been awarded £832,711 after a tribunal found she was unfairly dismissed, harassed, victimised and suffered sexual discrimination.

HR director Helen Marks rejected the sexual advances of the chairman of Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Alan Baines.

The trust - responsible for mental health in the county - has now apologised.

In her first televised interview Mrs Marks describes the effect the traumatic experience has had.
