Prince Charles surveys flood recovery work in Cumbria

The Prince of Wales has been visiting Cumbria to see some of the extensive flood recovery work taking place across the county.

As well as sipping a half-pint of Guinness, Prince Charles also took a stroll through Pooley Bridge before checking out the new temporary river crossing over the River Eamont.

The prince also spent some time in Keswick among a flock of multi-coloured model Herdwick sheep designed by the Calvert Trust, which are set to form part of a charity art trail around the county.
