Drivers tackle Easter London to Land's End motor trial

Hundreds of motorsport fans turned out to watch the Cornish finale of a classic event over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.

The London to Land's End Trial started in 1908 and has run every year since barring the war years.

Originally it was a timed run from London to Lands End and back again, non-stop apart from a brief stay in Penzance, west Cornwall.

Today more than 300 vintage, classic and modern two and three-wheelers tackle the course, which mixes road stretches with off-road sections.
