Home robots tested in Bristol lab
A lab has opened in Bristol to test and develop robots that can help older people live in their homes for longer.
The Bristol Robotic Laboratory's newest lab features an open-plan flat, with a kitchen, bedroom, living room and bathroom.
The idea is to test out sensors and robots in a real-life environment, using input from elderly people, clinicians and carers to develop and improve the technology.
