No DSS rule 'makes you feel like a second-class citizen'

A single mother from Birmingham is behind a court case to make it illegal for landlords to discriminate against any tenant on benefits.

Part-time cleaner Rosie Keogh from Kings Heath says she's struggling to find a new property to live in because she gets housing benefit.

That's despite being able to show she's paid her rent on time for the past 10 years.

Ms Keogh, who is making a claim against a landlord and estate agent, said the experience had made her "feel like a second-class citizen".
