Mystery over dead Birmingham nurses killed in wartime raid

Can you solve a wartime mystery and help discover more about two Birmingham nurses killed in a German bombing raid?

The pair, named only as FM Daniels and AS Galloway, were killed at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in November 1940 during the raid. Little is known about who they are, and the hospital is appealing to the public to help find out more.

Stella Noon, a governor at the hospital and former matron, said: "They gave their lives for their patients."

If anyone has any information contact the hospital's archive department or the BBC Midlands Today Facebook page.
