Bone marrow campaigner Riya Dandekar dies, aged 21

A woman who raised awareness of the shortage of bone marrow donors amongst the Asian community has lost her own battle against cancer.

Riya Dandekar, 21, from Solihull, was diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer nine months ago.

Lindsay Doyle spoke to Leigh Perry from Dorridge Music School about Ms Dandekar's life.
