Bilston rent increases 'threaten market'

Market traders in a Black Country town say they could be pushed out of business because of increases in rent.

Stallholders in Bilston are facing a 5% rise by Wolverhampton City Council for the second year running.

The council said the rent increases were driven by a need to save £123m from its budget over the next five years.
