A deer spotted roaming around the grounds of a school in Hemel Hempstead has been caught on camera.

The young stag was bounding across the playground and fields of Nash Mills Primary School.

Teachers ushered children into the building as they arrived for lessons, and the RSPCA was called but the stag disappeared. Its whereabouts is now unknown.
