Siberian Accentor songbird draws crowds to Sunderland

Twitchers have been rushing to Sunderland to catch a glimpse of a rare bird.

There have been four sightings of the Siberian Accentor in the UK in one week.

The rare songbird was spotted in Shetland, East Yorkshire and Saltburn and is now drawing crowds to Sunderland.

Recent winds from the east have brought the colourful bird all the way from northern Siberia.
