Man jailed over wrong-way M26 police chase in Kent

A man who drove the wrong way on a motorway to evade police officers has been jailed for 16 months.

Junior Lowe hit speeds of 110mph on the M26 in Kent while being pursued by officers in the early hours of 23 February.

The 34-year-old of Catford, south-east London, pleaded guilty at Maidstone Crown Court to dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance.
