Recycling hospital equipment 'could save NHS millions'

A Derbyshire company has said it could save the NHS about £30m a year by recycling old hospital equipment.

A trial has already begun at Nottingham's two main hospitals, the Queen's Medical Centre and the City Hospital.

Tony Barber, managing director of Reviva, and David Monks, of Nottingham Hospitals NHS Trust, said the idea was "simple but effective".
