King's Lynn fair death boy Rio Bell 'not under control'

A coroner said a three-year-old Suffolk boy who died after running into the path of a car on a visit to a fair had not been under suitable control or supervision.

Rio Bell, from Lowestoft, died in February after he was hit by a car during the annual Mart at King's Lynn in Norfolk.

Coroner William Armstrong recorded a verdict of accidental death.
