55 dead as suicide bomber strikes Pakistan mosque

A suicide bomber has attacked a mosque in Pakistan killing at least 55 people and demolishing most of the building. It is the latest of several attacks in recent weeks on mosques in the country.

The blast targeted worshippers at Friday prayers in Darra Adam Khel in Pakistan's northwest tribal areas.

A few hours later, a second explosion struck a mosque in north-west Pakistan. At least two people were killed.
