Could Grimsby's ghost town be saved?

What was once the bustling heart of Britain's busiest fishing port has, over the last 30 years, become a ghost town.

It's part of Grimsby known as the Kasbah and these days even many local people don't know it exists.

Now, however, there are plans that could mean it is saved from further decay.
