Senior clergy in Church of England 'not diverse enough'

The Church of England may be guilty of institutional racism, the chaplain to the speaker of the House of Commons has said.

Reverend Rose Hudson-Wilkin spoke to the BBC's Martin Bashir about the lack of ethnic minority clergy who make it to senior levels in the Church.
