Cycling: New rule sets 'incredibly dangerous precedent'

A British Cycling rule change forcing motorists to give way to cyclists when turning at a junction sets an "incredibly dangerous precedent", deputy policy director of the Road Haulage Association has said.

Duncan Buchanan told the Today programme the rule introduces confusion and conflicts with the Highway Code.
