Girl's 999 call saved her mum's life

A four-year-old girl has won an award for bravery after dialling 999 when her mother collapsed.

Suzie McCash called 999 after her mum Rowena collapsed in the hallway of their home in Tynemouth after suffering an allergic reaction. She was taken to hospital but released the next day.

Suzie spoke to contact handler Adam Hall at Northumbria Police.
