British war veteran reflects on the Somme

Friday marks the centenary of the start of the Battle of the Somme, a day that became the bloodiest in British military history.

The BBC's Sophie Raworth talks to athlete Dave Henson, a former army captain who lost both legs in Afghanistan, about how different life is for injured servicemen one hundred years on.
