Tessa Sanderson on bringing up toddlers at 60

Former Olympic Champion Tessa Sanderson, 60, has been taking about bringing up her adopted twins, Cassius and Ruby May.

Speaking to the Victoria Derbyshire programme alongside her husband Densign White, she praised the social workers involved in the adoption process.

The couple adopted their children, who are now three, when they were babies.
